What does the win-setup version do?

I always use the zip on Windows and I don't notice that there is also an installer. But why it's only available for x86?

It is an inno setup, it will install dependencies, set PATH variable. I generate it only for the releases.

No one ask, so I keep it simple :) Sure I will add a setup for 64 bit version as well - #767
