我想在wd-tab上添加一个徽标，但是实际上并没有相应的插槽供我使用，wd-tabbar不符合我需求，我这边是有多个tab，如果使用tabbar的话，所有的tab就在可视范围内了，我想要的是部分tab是随着tab的点击滚动出来，请问该怎么实现呢
