Currently, on the home panel of extension, there are a lot of icons which users might not be aware about. This will deteriorate User Experience.

Describe the solution you'd like
To solve the problem mentioned above and improve the UX of the extension, I will add the functionality of displaying name of the social media app instead of the icon when the user hovers over it.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Adding tooltip kind of interface could also have been a solution but as this project uses Vanilla CSS instead of a UI library, the tooltip won't be the best option as it's positioning will always be a problem so the above proposed solution should be the go-to option.
