ESP connected but no data

Hello,
I'm struggling to get my config to work.
here is what I have
My heat pump is a mitsubishi ERST20D-VM6D
I use Home Assistant with ESPHome
I use a wemos D1 mini V4 connected to the CN105 port
I have a remote module (PAR-WT50R-E) connected to the heatpump (CNRF connector)
folowing many tuto, I tried many different integrations, with always the same result... my Wemos strats (good wifi signal, stable uptime)
but communication with heatpump does not work
[CN105:032]: --> Heatpump did not reply: NOT CONNECTED <--
I tried to change the uart (0 or 1)
I tried to power the wemos with an external source

is there anything I need to do to "activate" the CN105 communication ?
anything I should do ?

Make sure the TX on the Wemos is connected to RX on CN105 etc.

CN105 - Wemos

1 12v - NA

2 GND - GND

3 5V - 5V / VBUS

4 TX - RX

5 RX - TX

This is an Ecodan. It doesn't work without significant changes to the code.

I thought the communication through CN105 was the same type on all mitsubishi... and as I don't get any signal on the CN105, I'm looking a solution
