How do you group the files like in this screenshot and how do you keep the hidden files from showing by default?

I like how it looks in the screenshot above, sadly I've been looking around and see nothing on how to achieve that. In my case, I'd like to keep the directories listed first, of course.

Also, how do I keep hidden files from showing by default? Of course, I would like to have the ability to show them with the press of a button.

Honestly, all screenshots should have a section in the documentation describing what's going on and how to achieve that with the configuration...
