prompts.chat integration

I committed a change to the prompts.chat open source project that allows it's vibe interface to create Goose recipes to open from their portal. I think it would be good for someone from the Goose team to consider improving or appending my commit.

I think of it like marketing and thought your team would be interested. I did it fairly quick for play but don't think i am fully taking advantage of the recipe configuration. cheers!

PS. I emailed the dev on that project who is actually exited to merge in the feature but I have something tagged that I need to remove before it does. Happy to apply any advice or hand over the commit to one of your engineers.
