Could you please make a new release with HEIF write support?

Hi, gotson! Thanks for the library! That's great to have HEIF support for ImageIO!

I see that the last version (1.0.0) was released on Aug 26, 2024, and a lot of changes has been made since this release...

It will be really great if you make a new one with all those changes? Especially HEIF write support? I'd like to use it in my pet project (Images converter)

i was waiting for some feedback on the snapshot release, have you tried the snapshot yet ? if yes i can do a release.
