Alexa Devices Integration - Country South Africa, but Amazon account is with United States

Hi

I am trying to integrate Amazon Alexa and have done all the steps exactly as required with MFA app etc and the result is "Unknown error occurred".

I am not sure if I have made a mistake or it's a problem. So I am following the Note on the Alexa Devices Integration documentation.
