This is not a feature of remote app tool. That cannot be done by this tool as that is not what it is designed for.

I'm not sure if I understand correctly, but are you looking for RAWeb?

I've looked into tsplus a few times before as others had requested features from it be brought into this. It does remote apps in a proprietary way that doesn't rely on the rdp protocol (at least not mstsc.exe). It is also a paid app.
The features of it, in my opinion, are outside the scope of both remote app tool and raweb.

TSPlus has an application panel similar to Raweb, but it runs inside the server. When you login, this window becomes available remotely on the client side. Watch the video link.

That's a cool feature, thanks for explaining. It's definitely outside the scope of RemoteApp Tool and RAWeb, but sounds like a very achievable project.. for someone ☺️
