Number fields gets stuck using newer marimo versions

Hi,

Updating marimo version, some of the number fields act strange.

Clicking on the small arrow to increase or decrease its value with the step size, the whole app gets stuck and the field is changing its value constantly. Attached you can find a short demo of the error.

It does not happen with all the number fields. Investigating with different marimo versions, the issue appears with versions after 0.10.06. release.

Can you please help checking this error?
