Failing To Import Packages Via UV On Windows 11

This video is my actual uv installation (on Win 11) process.

I was trying to use uv to setup a Python project to work with marimo (version: 0.13.15). When I import pandas and ToJyutping in marimo notebook via uv, failed to import packages.

I don't know if that has anything to do with my existing Python 3.13 installation on Windows 11. My Mac could import packages inside marimo notebook while this Win11 device couldn't.

Thanks in advance if you know how to fix it.

Actually, I see the 'tojyutping' (or 'pandas') package when I click 'manage dependencies'. But when I run the import ToJyutping (that's the name suggested by the official), module 'ToJyutping' cannot be found.

The same case happened for pandas.

The above errors occurred when:

1. uv run marimo edit [whatever.py]
   AND
2. uvx marimo edit [whatever.py]

NO errors when:
3) cvx marimo edit --sandbox [whatever.py]
