GitHub Action CI/CD build failure

The last 3 workflow runs of the CI/CD workflow failed on the "Build NVDA" step, with the same error output:

But the AppVeyor build did succeed.

Not sure what issue category this should be in, so this is opened as a discussion first.

This seems to be related to WinRT, maybe they are using different versions of VS/SDK?

It seems that builds only fail after the Windows image is updated to 20250710.1.0?

Maybe watch the update logs of the Windows image?
