Hi everyone,

Hello GitHub Education Team,

I am having trouble getting my GitHub Education application approved.

I am currently enrolled in a postgraduate program at Faculdade Focus, a Brazilian higher education institution accredited by the Ministry of Education (MEC). My course is offered entirely through distance learning (EAD).

I submitted my enrollment declaration, which includes:

My full name.
The institution's name.
The current enrollment date.
The course information.
Confirmation that the institution is accredited to offer distance learning (EAD) programs.

However, my application was rejected because the system could not verify my academic status and mentioned issues related to my location and remote learning.

Could you please review my application manually? I believe the automatic verification may not be recognizing my institution or the fact that I am enrolled in an online (EAD) program.
