railway=halt not in NSI

In NSI there is a category railway=station, but not railway=halt, which are smaller stations but regular stops such as bus stops. These halts are part of the network and have their own operator.
Currently, there are in OSM 5040 nodes tagged as railway=halt + network=* and 18 643 nodes tagged as railway=halt + operator=*.

Do you think it could be a good idea to have this new category?
