Renovate Status Component in Document View to Show All Locale Statuses

Description

Renovate the document status bar to display statuses for all locales associated with a document. This will provide a full overview of all statuses from one central location.

Design input will be required to build this feature.

• The status bar should clearly display the document status for each locale.
• Different locales should be clearly distinguishable.
• It should support any number of locales and always be current.
• Likely want this to be an opt-in feature.

Thank you for initiating this discussion thread.

I would like to share my current modifications to the status bar, which displays all enabled locales. Each status item is also a link, allowing for quick switching between them. This solution, however, only applies to cases when there are a handful of enabled locales.

Color coding logic:

• Green indicates published documents.
• Orange indicates documents that are published but contain unpublished modifications.
• An empty file icon represents a locale with no content.
• A filled file icon denotes a locale that contains content but is not published.

I've also previously created a PR to be able to more easily customize the status bar: #11154. It would be great to use a built-in solution instead.
