Add base Conda environment

Hello everyone. Great little project!

This is my first day into this, and I'm trying to figure out the right way to add Conda.
My goal is to assemble a headless debian image with pre-installed Python environment and some custom scripts.

What would be the right way to do that?

Any advice is greatly appreciated!
