• Add support for scheduling measurements and managing participants

  Besides just GETting data from the API, the CLI could support the creation of new measurements and managing existing ones.

• Add features to support result analysis plug-ins

  There could be "plug-ins" to analyse batches of results for commonalities, statistics, reports, ... The CLI could support selecting one (or more?) of these to be applied to the retrieved results, in order to produce some specific output instead of just list of results.
