Please help identify esp-32 cam and problems

First, hello. I am trying to run this sketch on my esp32 cam, but to no avail. I have tried with the board labeled ai thinker esp32cam, but several things are happening. First the serial monitor displays only wingding type characters. I can see the cam show up in my wifi settings, but I can't connect. I get the error
Warn setup startup failure: called to get camera frame- check camera hardware. I'm wondering if I'm using the correct board. Here's the link to my exact board. I just found this on AliExpress:

Maybe this is just a clone and I need to enter something different? I'm new to this so any help is appreciated.
