Is it possible to include code to transfer a video file over Wi-Fi?

I am using a Xiao ESP32S3 Sense, with the ESP in AP mode, in a remote site like a trail cam, Is it possible to up/download a selected .avi file to a connected laptop? There are similar applications available as an ESP32 Wi-Fi file-server, but I don't know if the additional code is too much for the ESP32-S3 to run.
