[Request for extension] Artalk integration

hi,

a few of the commenting systems supported by JS Comments seem to be abandoned or almost abandoned (Hypercomments, InstantDebate, etc.)

I came across Artalk that might be a good replacement for them.

I tried to implement it by adding a new provider to the yaml configuration file and adding a template. My initial tests seem to be working
However, since I'm not a dev and have never developed or modified a Grav plugin, could you give me a few hints to better understand how JS Comments works and how I can add Artalk to its providers' list?
