cli login broken here's a fix

Not really a fix but seems like a hidden feature to easily login, since cli login / cli deploy always fails with no helpful messaging.

on the web
click your avatar > settings > create access token

Maybe we can add an extra text when users do wasmer login to let them know of this path. Thanks for creating the issue!

No worries, hope it helps. yeah might be nice on the cli to include the info.

In the future maybe the modal could even be "deeplinked" to be in an open state via a url to the dashboard
