--joined-rooms misses the majority of rooms

When running matrix-commander --joined-rooms the output is two room ids. I've joined more than 100 rooms, what am I missing?

matrix-commander --joined-dm-rooms '*' lists a couple of more rooms

The majority of my rooms are in spaces, might that be the issue? Also the majority of my rooms don't have a public address, is that an issue?
