Autocomplete for vanilla block states and possibly for custom blocks too

Like in /setblock ~ ~ ~ logs[] it'd show a list of block states that are available to it.

If you can setup the interface for it, I'd be more than happy to add each block's state, for vanilla at least.
Same idea for custom blocks, it caches the states that are available to them and shows it in autocomplete.
