Hello, I'm Thomas 👋

I'm 31 and work at the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), where I help manage a global ocean monitoring system.

Previously — ABRomics

ABRomics is a European One Health project: a secure warehouse and workflow-ready environment to launch genomics analyses on long-read and short-read bacterial genomes, with multiple standardized Galaxy workflows (AMR gene detection, typing, QC, and more).

I worked on the platform’s HPC/web stack (Galaxy, Vue.js, Nuxt, Django, SSE, Redis, Flower, Celery, Grafana), and on an AI layer to query genomic reports with RAG using LangChain and Qwen3 — routing natural-language questions over report chunks, ontology knowledge, and structured data (JOBIM 2026 poster).
