Highlights from stemmed field not shown #1853

Search results do not show highlights on stemmed text.
See this query for an example: I searched for "variant", the fifth document (ParlaMint-NL_2021-12-21-tweedekamer-2.u211) is included because it contains "varianten", but nothing is highlighted.
The highlight logic is outdated and relies on a newHighlight property that is no longer included in the API - this is the cause of the issue.
On top of that, the highlight logic is too simple: it will retrieve highlights for any text fields, even if the user excluded those fields from their query.
