Named entity filters shown when hasNamedEntities = false #1872
Description
What went wrong?
If a corpus has the setup to include named entity annotations but the annotations are not actually present, the search interface will still show the filters for named entities. (Though they are disabled due to missing data.)
What did you expect to happen?
If there are no named entity annotations, the filters should not be shown.
This happens correctly with the named entity toggle in the document view, which checks the hasNamedEntities property on the corpus. The filters just lack a similar check.
