Add an choose format option

Now its impossible to change format for no-schema json, its always trying to insert with fromat=JsonEachRaw
It would be great to have oportunity to set toher formats like RawBLOB or JsonAsAString etc.

there is an option for that bypassRowBinary to use JSONeachRow instead.
