Document handling use cases that require deletes #561
Description
We've had a number of users who want to know how to handle deletes using Kafka and ClickHouse. This was recently brought up in the community slack
We should add a documentation section that details how to work around the connector not having the capacity to do deletes for CDC use cases
We can update this section when we implement the following issue #31
