Hey there, i'm sorry but i couldn't continue from this point, i have already done installing visual studio, codeblock and git for windows after everything i've done i couldn't find the plugin-sdk root folder or create a new plugin i'm lost. if you please show me the steps appreciate it.

Finally installed the mod, compatible for SAMP with cleo v5.0.3 but after i die or fail a mission the weapon wheel doesn't appear i can't choose any weapon also i can't get in the passenger seat (G doesn't work)
