This PR adds an option to vmm which enables setting app
compose_hashtomr_config_id. Ifmr_config_idis set, the CVM will validate that it matches the actual app-compose.json used. Furthermore, introducing an optionkey-provider-idin app-compose.json, and when specified, it will only accept keys from the designated key provider id.This simplifies the verification process, as it eliminates the need to replay the event log.
