display multiple imprints in articles #520
Description
if an article is published in parts over several issues/numbers of a journal, each issue/number should be coded in its own imprint. Currently only the first imprint is serialized for the citation.
The changes will need a helper function that creates a string for each biblScope, depending on the amount of issues – eg. three consecutive issues = '4–6', but four issues with a gap would need to be '4–6, 8'. That string can then be handled by 'print-single-biblScope-unit'. I'm not quite sure yet on how to handle the dates though.
