//addpack adds maps over 6MB in size if they're in pack, ignoring //add limit #220

Describe the bug
Map pack Dirty Fall 2021 was added to the Evo Dirt server (Pack ID: 1105). It downloaded maps that are over 6MB in size and cannot be played online.
Expected behavior
//addpack should not add maps to the server, that are over the 6MB size limit.
To Reproduce
Please explain what led to the issue.
Example:
- //addpack 1105
- ???
- Not so much profit.
