Description

This Pull Request adds a full Brazilian Portuguese translation of the main README.md file, named README.ptbr.md. This makes the project more accessible to Portuguese-speaking users, improving usability and encouraging contributions from a broader community.

Changes made:

• Created a new file: README.ptbr.md
• Added a link to the translation at the top of the main README.md, using the phrase:

  "See this README in other languages: Português Brasileiro"
