Addressing #4591
The 3DRAG board prefers to have the fan on pin 8 and the bed on pin 9.
HEATER_1_PINis the same as for RAMPS. The extra MOSFET pin forHEATER_1_PINis 12. It uses the same endstop pins as RAMPS. It adds aHEATER_2_PINon pin 6.
