Voltmeter Settings Support

Will there be support added for Voltmeter Settings? Unless I'm missing something, this is missing. I wouldn't mind contributing, if needed.

Stuff is being added 'as needed' so to plans either way, certainly if you add a PR with the change I have no problem testing/merging
