Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
(Not technically a problem with MakeMKV or with Auto-Rip... but an issue with how many discs are structured)
When ripping discs, many titles are duplicates or branching versions that share most of the same segments. This clutters the list with unnecessary entries like episode intros, director commentary, or “Play All” titles in box sets. It makes it harder to quickly identify the actual unique content.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add an option/flag to only show titles that have unique segments. This would filter out titles that are simply alternate combinations of existing segments, drastically reducing the number of entries presented.
Interface Scope
Which interface(s) would this feature affect?
- CLI only
- Web UI only
- Both CLI and Web UI
- Not applicable
Priority
How important is this feature to you?
- Low - Nice to have
- Medium - Would be helpful
- High - Important for my workflow
- Critical - Blocking my usage
Additional context
From CaptianPiracy's comment on the MakeMKV Reddit:

This would especially help with TV series discs or box sets, where a single disc can easily list dozens of near-duplicate titles. Filtering to “unique” segment sets would make the automation cleaner and reduce unnecessary ripping.
