Can HAMi scheduler be integrated in Volcano as extender plugin?

Can I integrate HAMi scheduler as an extender plugin of Volcano? As per the documentation of Volcano at https://github.com/volcano-sh/volcano/blob/release-1.9/docs/user-guide/how_to_configure_scheduler.md#tiers-and-plugins, I can configure extender plugin of Volcano (as the example given in https://github.com/volcano-sh/volcano/blob/release-1.9/docs/user-guide/how_to_use_extender.md). How can I set HAMi scheduler as an extender plugin of Volcano? Since in the HAMi scheduler, it only support /filter and /bind verbs. So I'm wondering that if I can integrate HAMi scheduler as an extender plugin of Volcano.

Environment:

• HAMi version: 2.6.1
• Kubernetes version: 1.25.10
• Others: Huawei Ascend 910B / 310P NPU
