Feature request: Adjust que priority

I have 2000+ links in my ripme history that I regularly re-rip. I try to basically always have ripme running in the background. When I come across a new link and add it to ripme, it gets added to the bottom of the list. It would be great if I could push it higher in the que. Or even just insert at the top instead of at the bottom.

Drag-and-drop queue reordering added to #2142, among other updates. I need help testing that PR, so if you try it, backup your config and log file first, and please report if it works well or has a bug.
