• In Linux: [ 364.037543] /dev/fd0: Can't open blockdev

I haven't used this for a long time but if the code is correct and you placed the two pullups I mentioned it should work. Basically other than pullups the others are direct connections between Arduino and main board FDC. A little info might help: did you use one of the releases ? if so which ?

I'm not sure about how read the console output.
Wth release provided atmega328p-single-debug:

That's the preferred method for testing. It seems to have found BOOT.IMG on SD card and loaded.

I am sorry to hear that. I documented pin connections in readme.md if that PCB is different it is obvious it won't work with my code. I haven't checked ikonko's PCB layout so it is possible that he used a different pin out to ease his routing. Actually it is possible to change pins other than read, write data pins which are connected to the single 16 bit timer.

Are you sure ? The red on ribbon cable usually denotes pin 1

it's the unique pin connected with PCB GND should be the 1, right?, yes it's surprising, for me too red denotes the PIN1

Please make sure to check pin1 on mainboard also,

on your ribbon a yellow jumper cable is connected to pin 33 which should also be GND
