Do you mean, if the same folder s not only a Git repository, but also a Mercurial or SVN repo at the same time? If yes, in which kind of project would it appear?

I mean that if the project is in one (or more) source control systems then do not include it in the VSCode project list. It would still show under the appropriate source control panels.

Basically, I want to know at a glance which projects are VSCode only and not under source control.

Alternately, provide an option to prioritize each, and show the project in the one with the highest priority. I imagine that would be a lot more complex, though.
