【nacos3.0.2】同一个集群的不同节点，删除mcpserver表现不一

Describe the bug
同一个集群三个节点，在集群中添加了mcpserver (sse类型)，然后删除

Expected behavior
无论在哪个节点的console，都应该能删除

Actually behavior
有一个节点无法删除，报错如下，但是同一个节点第一次删除失败后，第二次删除没有问题

I might be a async problem, when delete mcp server, it will do deregister instance and then remove service.

And deregister persistent instance will use raft, which might async run actual remove instance.
