[Archery] Add the possibility to test a third party library

Hello,

As part of the development efforts for Sparrow, we aim to utilize Archery to ensure our library functions correctly using the integration tests. Currently, Archery supports running several "official" implementations.

To enhance flexibility and usability, I am preparing a pull request that introduces an option allowing users to specify the path to their own library for integration tests. This feature will enable users to test their custom implementations seamlessly within the Archery framework.

Agree, though I am not sure which part of archery you are referring to. I can imagine both the integration testing and the various build setups using docker and library specific test scripts.
