Replace client-logo.svg with the new branded artwork (used in the README and OAuth consent screens) and bump the README logo cache-buster to v=3 so the new asset isn't masked by the GitHub Pages cache. Replaces the client logo with the refreshed branding artwork. This SVG is the single source used in the README and on OAuth consent screens.
