Error at installation: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement jupyter-c-kernel #84
Description
When I run pip3 install --user jupyter-c-kernel I get the following error:
Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement jupyter-c-kernel
What should I do?
Also the message "a version that satisfies the requirement jupyter-c-kernel" is not super clear. A version of what?
