This PR includes the official minutes of the October 29, 2024, Bridge Foundry board meeting. Key decisions include adopting a New Board Member Policy, adding Laura Kirby to the board as a member, and accepting Kinsey Durham Grace’s resignation. The meeting was conducted asynchronously via email in line with our bylaws.
I think all board members == quorum for aync meetings, in any case it was everyone, so I think this clarifies that point
