Adds the missing step to turn on the relevant client-side tool on the Codacy UI, like we have for the end-to-end instructions on how to run each supported client-side tool.

The reason I'm adding "On Codacy" is to clarify that these steps are performed on the Codacy UI instead of directly on GitHub, since users will be reading the instructions on the README of this repository.
