Calibration not Starting

Hello,

I have recently purchased comma 4 for my Hyundai tucson 2023, i have installed the open pilot software but calibration is not starting on my device , it still shows home screen and version of open pilot and settings tab. Can anybody please help in setting up the device.

I had this issue when the USB connecting the comma4 was not properly pushed in. I pushed it into the jack a bit harder and it clicked further in, this solved the issue for me. (maybe also update to 0.11?)
