Inconsistent date format in CHANGELOG.md

Hi, and first off thanks for maintaining an official curl docker image.

Nitpick: Looking at the CHANGELOG.md, at first it looks like the dates are written YYYY-MM-DD (iso-8601), but then some dates have month numbers > 12, suggesting YYYY-DD-MM. I suppose you meant to use iso-8601?

The same problem is persisted in the github releases.
