Create platform neutral build

Looking at what is in the src folder, this project could exist as a lightweight node only build, without binaries and without a need for docker.

Describe the solution you'd like

Just have a simple node js executable that can exist in node_module/.bin, without specific platform dependencies.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Just forking the project and reducing the overhead.
