Audio gets out of sync with video over time

Expected behavior
Normal audio synced with video

- OS: Raspberry Pi OS
- Browser Firefox
- Version 139.0.4

- Device: iPhone 13 pro max
- OS: 18.5

Additional context
I have a USB capture device plugged up to a Raspberry Pi 5. Its inputs are RCA A/V plugs. I've started a stream successfully with restreamer by selecting the device (/dev/video0) for video and 2,0 alsa for the audio. It works fine initially. However, the longer it runs the more it gets out of sync. I can disconnect and come back and it's more out of sync. By the half hour mark the audio is about 2 seconds behind the video. If I stop and restart the stream it will fix it. I'm not entirely sure, but I believe if it goes too long the stream can't be connected to. Not 100% sure though.
The USB capture device is a generic capture device.
